Terms and Conditions

1. PRICE INCREASES

We reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice. In the event of a price increase all written quotes will be valid for 30 days from date of quotation

2. TERMS OF PAYMENT

Strictly COD or 30 days from date of statement, whichever is applicable 100% of the SELLER’S invoiced amount is due and payable. Complaints do not justify the withholding of payments or to the retention of any monies. Interest at a rate of 2% above prime overdraft rate will be charged on overdue accounts in excess of 60 days. No discount may be taken other than the percentage quoted. If any claim against the PURCHASER has to be handed over for legal action the PURCHASER shall be obliged to pay the Attorney’s costs.

3. OWNERSHIP

Ownership of all goods sold will remain vested in the SELLER until such time that full payment of the purchase price is received.

4. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

Orders once acknowledged by the SELLER may not be cancelled without prior written consent from the SELLER. Whilst every effort will be made to despatch on the promised delivery date, no responsibility of whatever nature can be accepted on account of late despatch. No queries or any claims made in respect of the goods delivered will be recognised unless made in writing within 7 (seven) days from receipt of goods. Goods cannot be returned without prior approval and in such case forwarding and return transport costs plus a 10% handling fee will be charged.

5. WARRANTY

All goods that are manufactured and imported by us are carefully tested and inspected prior to despatch.
